**When will I get my box? (most asked question)**

We ship all boxes once a month between the 19th and 24th of each month. No matter when you subscribed or purchased. You receive a notification of shipment from USPS once the package is processed.


How exactly does this work? Spell it out for me.

Great question! When you subscribe to a park or pin box, you will receive a box every month with official theme parks merchandise, or official used pins, depending on the pin box you subscribe. We have many subscription options for both our park and pin boxes.  When you select your box option, you will enter your credit/debit card information through our encrypted checkout, where we will automatically charge your card on the first of every month and mail your box in the middle of the same month. There’s no need to re-subscribe every month. Once we have your subscription order, we will send boxes to you once a month until the end of time. It’s a surprise gift every month!


Can I subscribe at any time or just the first of the month?

You can subscribe at any time, 24/7/365, online through this website. If you ever have any trouble ordering, please message us.


***I subscribed! When do I receive my first box of magic?!***

Depending on the month (30 or 31 days in that month), you must subscribe on the 16th or 17th of that month by 7:59PM eastern time to be included in that month’s shipment.
For example: If you want to join and make the October box shipment, you must subscribe by October 17th at 7:59pm. If you subscribe after the 17th at 7:59pm, in the October example, you will receive your first box in November and be charged for your next box December 1st.

We send out plenty of emails to remind you to subscribe before we close for the month. So if you think you’re interested, make sure to at least join our email list to be notified.


I’m not sure if a subscription is right for me. Are there one-time boxes?

Yes! Try our one-time/gift boxes here. You will only be charged once and receive a box once.


Where do you get the items for the park boxes?

All items are 100% theme parks merchandise purchased directly from WDW!

What does is mean “80% retail value” for Park Boxes?

This means the retail total price of the merchandise you receive each month will total at least 80% of your monthly subscription cost.

For example, if you have a $49.99 box, you will receive at least $39.99 retail value worth of merchandise, but most months we aim for 100%. So in most months you will receive $49.99 worth of merchandise.

We rely on sales of merchandise to ensure you receive full value and we still make a little money (we can’t do this for free, even though we wouldn’t mind;-)). We say 80% of value in case your box total dips below 100% due to not as many sale items being available to include.

The bottom line: you are getting great value in your box, not just an awesome bit of magic each month. We know every dollar counts.


 Where are you based?

We are based in Windermere, FL, just a few miles from the parks! We go to the parks at least 2-3 days a week. It’s a tough life.


Where do you get the pins for the boxes? Are they real?

We purchase our new pins directly from all Walt Disney World theme parks and resorts. All new pin boxes are filled with brand new and official pins. Our used pin boxes are filled with vetted / official used pins. This is the real deal, people. Almost too good to be true, right?


Are you sure? This seems too good to be true.

Yes. This is real and the pins are 100% official, authentic, certified…and bought right in the parks and from trusted pin dealers. We walk in and hand-purchase all new pins. You should see our receipts, they’re huge.


Can I subscribe a child, spouse, or lucky friend as a gift?

Absolutely! When you check out, make sure to check the “This is a gift” checkbox.


Can I buy more than one box per household?

Of course, you can buy 100 per household if you like, but that might 1 or 2 too many. In all seriousness, there’s no limit. This is a great way to make sure both kids and adult kids in the house can have their own box.



How will the packages be shipped?

Pin boxes are shipped via USPS first class mail.

Park boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail.

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Please contact your local post office to resolve this conflict. Most times, it’s an easy fix.

For our international members:

Mini, small, medium, small seasonal, princess, and explorer parks boxes are shipped USPS first class mail international. Pin boxes are shipped USPS first class mail international.

Large seasonal, family seasonal, large, and family park boxes are shipped USPS priority mail international.


Where do you ship?

We are currently only accepting subscribers shipping to the United States, Canada, and the UK at this time. Our largest boxes will require an additional fee for international priority shipping.


How does the payment and shipment work?

We charge all subscribers the moment they subscribe for the first time. Their next payment will be the 1st of each month, starting the next month. We mail your box in the middle of the month around the 19th – see below for the exact shipping dates.


When will my box be shipped every month?

We ship between the 19th – 24th every month.


Can I change my mailing address or credit card information?

Yes. Click on the Customer Login link at the top-right corner of our website. After logging in, you change the information in your online customer profile.


I don’t like the items I received this month. Can I return or exchange my box?

We do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription box service?

You can cancel your subscription box at any time before we have mailed your next box by logging into your Customer Login account.
