Top 5 Character Dining Experiences at Walt Disney World

We are kids at heart. We LOVE taking pictures and chatting with our favorite Disney characters. The characters really bring the movies to life. A great way to meet characters is through character dining. You don’t have to stand in long lines in the heat to meet them. Instead, they come to your table! Here are our favorite character dining experiences.

  1. Cinderella’s Royal Table – Magic Kingdom

Eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner with your favorite Disney princesses including Ariel, Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White, and Jasmine (sometimes). Dining here is expensive, but it is worth doing once during your many excursions to WDW. It is definitely worth it!

  1. Be Our Guest Restaurant – Magic Kingdom

Be the guest at dinner with The Beast at his home. You can only meet The Beast here at this location. It is really hard to get a reservation so book in advance. The food is incredible. Try the “grey stuff” it’s delicious!

  1. Tusker House – Animal Kingdom

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner with Mickey, Goofy, Daisy, and Donald in Africa! There is a LARGE (and I mean large!) buffet with many different options. Trust me, you will find something yummy (plus a little more) to eat! We left with full stomachs and great photos with the characters.

  1. Crystal Palace – Magic Kingdom

Take a pit stop at this restaurant and feast during breakfast, lunch, or dinner with Eeyore, Piglet, Tigger, and Winnie the Pooh! This is a buffet-style meal, so there will be something for everyone. I love these characters so it’s wonderful to be able to spend more time with them at a character meal!

  1. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall – Epcot

Dine with royalty for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in Norway! You will be graced with Disney princesses Ariel, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Mulan, Mary Poppins, and Snow White. The princesses are very busy with their royal duties so sometimes you might not see them all. It can be expensive, but think of all the priceless photos and memories you are making!
